These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the membership area and services (together, the “Service”) provided by Deal Sourcing Network. By clicking “Submit” and thereby agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you (the “Member,” “you,” or “your”) accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under English law. 1.2 By registering for the Service, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

  1. Membership Access & Use

2.1 Upon successful application registration, you will receive login credentials granting access to the Member area. 2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities conducted under your account. 2.3 You agree not to share, sell, or otherwise transfer your account or access credentials.

  1. Licence & Restrictions

3.1 Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. 3.2 You shall not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code;
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  1. Fees & Payment Terms

4.1 Access to the Service may be subject to subscription fees, as detailed on the Site. 4.2 Payments are processed via our third‑party provider. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. 4.3 All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. 5.2 No title or ownership of any intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of this Agreement.

  1. User Content & Conduct

6.1 You may submit comments, feedback, or other content (“User Content”) through the Service. 6.2 By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish it. 6.3 You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third‑party rights.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 Our Privacy Policy (available at https://dealsourcingnetwork.co.uk/privacy-policy ) explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data. 7.2 You consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR).

  1. Warranties & Disclaimers

8.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 8.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free from harmful components.

  1. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deal Sourcing Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or infringement of third‑party rights.

  1. Termination

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately upon notice if you breach this Agreement. 11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must delete or destroy any copies of materials obtained.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The revised Terms will take effect on their “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
